Who this covers

Brinker Analytics is Eric Brinker's independent marketing-measurement consulting practice, based in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy applies to brinkeranalytics.com.

What the site collects

If you use the Measurement Decision Check, the browser asks for your name, work email, company, approximate revenue and paid-media spend, channels, the decision you are considering, and timing. Those answers are used to prepare a conversation. If you continue to Calendly, it collects the booking details you enter there under its own privacy practices.

If you accept optional measurement, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Those services may collect usage information such as page visits, device and browser details, referral source, and interactions with the site. Cloudflare may also process limited technical information to operate and protect the site.

Why it is used

Contact details and qualification answers are used to respond to your inquiry, determine whether an engagement is a fit, and prepare for a scheduled conversation. Analytics and advertising measurement are used to understand which pages and paths are useful and whether advertising leads to inquiries. Brinker Analytics does not sell personal information.

Cookies and choices

Optional measurement is not required to use the site. You can decline it in the cookie notice and still use the site. Accepting allows Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; declining prevents those optional tags from loading. If you accepted and later change your mind, clear this site's local storage or contact Eric to ask for help. Calendly has its own privacy practices when you use its scheduling service.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, measure advertising, and schedule conversations, including Google, Meta, Cloudflare, and Calendly, or when required by law. Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices and questions

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that you have provided, subject to legal and operational limits. Email eric@brinkeranalytics.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.
